Guarantees
Logo Clothing Company Limited is committed to providing high quality goods and services to all our customers.
If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with any of our goods, please return them to us in original condition within 14 days of receiving them. They must be in saleable condition repackaged in their original packaging.
We will replace them or refund your purchase price
Goods that have been damaged, altered or have had logos added will not be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing fault.
We reserve the right to make good any manufacturing fault at no cost to the customer instead of replacing the goods.
Returns
To return goods to us apply postage to your return package and send it to our physical address.
Your postage charges on returns are not refundable.
We can exchange size and colour of a product.
We will return to you freight free anywhere in New Zealand.
Back Orders
Occasionally a product may be temporarily out of stock.
We will notify you of the situation and give you the option of placing it on back order.
We will give you an indication of when you can expect to receive that item.
Back orders will not be charged to you until they have been despatched.
Goods and services tax
New Zealand has a goods and services tax rate of 12.5%.
This is added to all our prices.
If the GST rate is altered by the government, the new rate will be charged as soon as it is applied by the New Zealand government.
Your Privacy
Under the Privacy Act 1993 we provide you with the right to see and/or correct your personal information.
We do not disclose private information to any other person or company

We may contact you with offers on other relevant products, offers or services that we think may be of interest to you.
If you want to be excluded from these mailings please let us know so we can make sure your name is withheld.
