1 / How do I get samples for evaluation? To check the style and fit of the garments you are buying you can order stock to the value of $100.00. Go through the process of ordering as normal but enter the word SAMPLE on the order form. This will gives you 14 days from the date of the invoice to assess the goods and return if unsuitable. You need to pay when ordering. A 100% refund is available provided the goods are returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition . You wil need to pay for the return freight. 2 / How do I get a printed catalogue? To get a copy of our printed catalogue just register as a customer then email us requesting one.
3 / What are the minimum orders? Logo Clothing Company supplies the uniform and team market . The minimum quantity of clothing we supply is 10 units. (Order total) Anything less than this is a retail quantity and should be purchased from a local shop. The minimum for embroidery is 10 units and the minimum for screen printing is 20 units.
4 / How do I get my logo applied? Go to our "Add Logo" page.
5/ How do I pay for product? We accept payment with cash, direct debit or cheque. You can also pay by credit card. Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners card. Our postal address is P O Box 13 552, Onehunga, Auckland, New Zealand. Our Bank details are:

6/ How do I return product?
Make sure you repack the items in their original packaging to saleable condition standards.

We recommend you use a reliable carrier with a robust tracking system so you can be sure they arrive safely.
7 / How can I get a quotation? Once you have registered as a customer select product and put in the shopping basket. On completion print out the final result and use as a quotation to get approval. Once approved log in again and go straight to the shopping basket. Make any changes, confirm the order, complete the payment step and your goods will be on their way.
8 / How do I register as a customer? To register, click "Register" on the Main Menu Bar and follow the instructions to register as a new customer. Once you have finished the registration process click on the "Continue" button to begin shopping.
9 / How do I change my details? Log in to "My Account" from the main menu bar. Select "view or change my account information" . Update your details and click on the "Continue" button when you have made any changes.
10 / What do I do if I have forgotten my password? Go to "My Account" on the main menu bar. Select "Password Forgotten" . Enter you email address and click on the "Continue" button. We will send a new password to your email address. Log in with this password. You can change it if you want to by following the "change password" instructions.
12 / How do I change an order/quote? Log on to your account. Go to the bottom left corner of the page to "My Saved Carts" . Click here and view your saved orders and quotes. Choose the one you want from the list. Modify it then choose "PRINT QUOTE" or go to the "CHECKOUT" to proceed with the order.
13 / How do I set up a charge account? Firstly you must register as a new customer. The first two purchases must be on a cash basis. On completion contact us for a Credit account application form to be sent. Allow 1 week for this to be assessed. Approved accounts are subject to payment terms of the 20th of the month following supply. Credit terms must be strictly adhered to.
14 / How long does it take to get product? Allow 2 to 5 working days from receipt of payment for delivery of any unbranded goods. If the product is out of stock we will advise so you can choose an alternative or agree to this item being back ordered till the delivery date advised. If you want your logo applied you need to allow 14 days from the approval of a proof. Once we have suitable graphics allow 4 days for a proof to be made and posted to you for approval.
15 / How can I check my order progress? Log on to "My Account" on the main menu bar. Select the order you want to check from the list to see its status. Any further queries please contact us.
16 / How is my privacy protected? We will not provide your information to any third parties, unless it is necessary to complete your purchase. To ensure there is no unauthorised use of your account or access to your personal information you must sign off (log off) your account before leaving our website.
17 / Is your order process secure? You must sign off once you have finished a session . Our site has been set up to automatically log you off once you close your browser. This will protect your security.
18 / What is your copyright policy? All content including images, text, button icons, and graphics on this website are the exclusive property of Logo Clothing Company Limited and cannot be reproduced without our written permission.
19 / What other products/services are available? We can supply many other products not shown on our site. Please advise a full description of the products you want, including the brand name (if known), sizes, colours and quantities. We will advise price and availability.
20 / What discounts are available? Discounts are available for volume purchases. Rebates are available for annual purchase activity. Contact us for details.
21 / How can I be sure of the sizes? Sizing varies between suppliers. Read our "will it fit" page.
